Shipping & Processing | Kintoir

Most personalized orders ship in 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri). Transit time is separate and depends on the carrier/service you choose at checkout. Need it sooner? See Rush Options below.

Order Processing Times

  • Personalized / Custom items (engraving, name/logo, gift sets): 5–7 business days

  • Non-custom items: 2–4 business days

  • Large/Bulk orders (10+ items or corporate/realtor programs): Estimated at checkout; we’ll confirm by email within 1 business day.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude U.S. holidays.

Note: Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are in addition to Kintoir’s processing time. Weather or carrier delays are outside our control.

Rush Options

If you have a firm date (closing gift, event), contact us before ordering:

  • Tell us the item(s), quantity, deadline, and shipping ZIP.
    We’ll confirm feasibility, rush fees (if any), and the best shipping method.

Order Updates & Tracking

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Address Changes & Delivery Issues

  • If you entered the wrong address, email us immediately at kintoir@outlook.com. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it; if it has, we’ll help you request a carrier intercept (fees may apply).

  • Lost/Delayed Packages: Start with your tracking link and carrier. If the package shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbors/building offices and wait 24 hours. Still missing? Email us so we can help open a claim.

  • Damaged Items: Please email photos of the box and item within 7 days of delivery so we can replace or refund as appropriate.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are personalized, the following applies:

  • Personalized/Custom items: Final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or personalization error on our part. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos.

  • Non-custom items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Substitutions & “What to Expect” (Gift Baskets/Boxes)

Some items may vary in size, style, or color based on availability. Hand soap fragrance and candle size/fragrance may also vary. Any substitutions will match the same quality and cohesive look.

FAQs

Q: When do the “5–7 business days” start?
A: From the next business day after your order is placed (or after proof approval for logo items, if applicable).

Q: Do you send proofs for logo engraving?
A: Yes—if your product page indicates a proof, we send it within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Approvals received after 3pm ET roll to the next business day.

Q: Can I pick up locally?
A: If you’re in Palm Beach County, email us—local pickup or delivery may be available

Q: Can you ship directly to my client?
A: Absolutely. Use their address at checkout. Add a gift note in the order comments and we’ll include it at no extra charge.
