We’re committed to getting your custom creation to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:
Processing Time:
All items are made to order. Standard processing time is 5–7 business days before shipping. During holidays or sales, processing may take longer.
Shipping Methods & Carriers:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the best rate and delivery time. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery Times:
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier. Kintoir is not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination. You’ll see all charges before completing your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages:
Kintoir is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please file a claim directly with the carrier and notify us at kintoir@outlook.com so we can assist where possible.
Address Errors:
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
