This website is operated by Kintoir. Throughout the website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kintoir.
By visiting our website, placing an order, or using any services available through this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced within them.
Please review these Terms carefully before using the website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and services.
1. Online Store Use
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not introduce viruses, malicious code, or other material that could damage or interfere with the website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, restrict access, or terminate use of the website when reasonably necessary.
2. Products and Product Information
Kintoir offers personalized gifts, custom gift baskets, gift boxes, engraved products, drinkware, keepsakes, and related merchandise.
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, photographs, dimensions, packaging, and personalization options accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the product.
Product availability, prices, designs, contents, and descriptions may change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse orders when necessary.
3. Personalized and Custom Orders
Personalized products are created based on information submitted by the customer.
Customers are responsible for verifying all:
- Names
- Dates
- Messages
- Spelling
- Capitalization
- Logos
- Artwork
- Colors
- Product selections
- Delivery information
Kintoir is not responsible for mistakes contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.
If a digital proof is provided, production may begin after the customer approves the proof. Once approved or once production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
Final engraving, design placement, sizing, and coloring may vary slightly from digital mockups. Mockups are intended to demonstrate the general design and are not exact representations of the finished product.
4. Customer-Provided Logos and Artwork
By submitting a logo, photograph, design, trademark, name, phrase, or other material, the customer represents that they own the material or have permission to use and reproduce it.
The customer is responsible for obtaining any required copyright, trademark, licensing, or other permissions.
Kintoir may refuse to reproduce artwork that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Kintoir does not claim ownership of customer-provided logos or artwork.
5. Processing Times
Personalized and custom-made orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-personalized, ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales, large-order periods, or unexpected supply delays.
Any delivery date discussed before purchase is an estimate unless Kintoir expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, discounts, free-shipping thresholds, and product availability may change without notice.
Customers agree to provide accurate and complete billing, contact, and payment information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized reselling, payment problems, unusually large quantities, or inaccurate customer information.
If an order is canceled by Kintoir after payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Kintoir currently ships within the United States only.
Processing times, available carriers, shipping costs, free-shipping qualifications, tracking, address errors, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Carrier delivery dates are estimates. Kintoir is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged products, incorrect products, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Personalized and custom-made products are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Kintoir.
Damage, defects, or incorrect personalization caused by Kintoir must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery, together with the order number and clear photographs.
Eligible non-personalized products may be returned according to the conditions and deadlines stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Product and Packaging Substitutions
Gift baskets and gift boxes may include products, packaging, colors, fragrances, floral accents, treats, or decorative details that are subject to availability.
When a listed component is unavailable, Kintoir may carefully select an appropriate substitute of similar quality, value, function, and overall presentation.
Reasonable substitutions that maintain the product’s intended quality and cohesive appearance are not considered defects.
10. Gift Messages
Customers are responsible for reviewing gift messages before submitting an order.
Kintoir reserves the right not to include messages containing unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or abusive content.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Kintoir owns or has permission to use the website’s photographs, product descriptions, branding, logos, graphics, layouts, original designs, and other content.
This content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially used without prior written permission.
This section does not transfer ownership of customer-provided logos, photographs, or artwork to Kintoir.
12. Reviews, Comments and Submissions
Customers may submit reviews, photographs, comments, suggestions, or other content.
Submitted content must be truthful and must not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.
We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the product or service.
By submitting a review or customer photograph for publication, you give Kintoir permission to display and reproduce it for store, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, review platforms, social-media services, and other applications.
Kintoir is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or actions of independently operated third-party websites and services.
Customers should review the applicable third party’s terms and policies before using those services.

The collection, processing, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as reasonably necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and perform other permitted business functions.
15. Errors and Inaccuracies
Occasionally, the website may contain errors involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, processing times, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. When appropriate, we will contact the customer and issue a refund for an order that cannot be fulfilled.
